Cucumber Melon Smoothie
This refreshing smoothie showcases the popular combination of cucumber and melon.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (60 ml) soy milk [or alternative milk]
- 1 cup (170 g) green grapes
- 1 ½ cups (240 g) cantaloupe, peeled, seeded
- ½ small (65 g) cucumber
- 1 cup (170 g) honeydew melon, peeled, seeded
- 1 small lime, peeled
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

- Make sure the melons are ripe and in season to make sure this smoothie is the best tasting.
