Date Syrup

A delicious sugar alternative that boasts a wide variety of uses.

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup (180 g) dates, pitted
  • 2½ cup (600 ml) hot water

Directions

  1. Steep dates with water for 30 minutes.
  2. Place dates and water into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  3. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
