Chickpea Flour

This gluten-free flour is easy to make and use for baking, binding, or wherever you need a flour alternative.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (460 g) dried chickpeas

Directions

  1. Place dried chickpea beans into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Remove chickpea flour from container and store in an airtight container.
