Herbed Garlic, Feta and Greek Yogurt Dip

- 1 ½ cups (340 g) 0% fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup (50 ) Vegan Mayonnaise [Food Processor Attachment]
- 1 ⅓ cups (195 g) feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons fresh fresh dill
- 10 fresh mint leaves
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 5. Blend for 30-45 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
