Matcha Skim Foam

The Aer Disc container has the unique ability to foam and whip ingredients, making a perfect skim or non-dairy whipped topping for your hot or cold brewed coffees or teas.

  • 1 cup (240 ml) skim milk or milk alternative
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the machine on its lowest speed, increasing to Variable 4 for a pourable foam, or Variable 6 for a stiffer foam, blending for 10 seconds.

Chef's Notes

We used Organic Unsweetened Silk Soy milk, Fairlife Skim milk, and Ripple Unsweetened Original milk for the best foams.
