Chef's Notes
- For a juice: Place the nut milk bag (or cheesecloth/thin kitchen towel) over a large bowl/measuring cup and carefully pour the juice into the bag. Squeeze all of the liquid out of the pulp into the bowl. Store any leftover juice in the fridge and consume within a few days. For a smoothie: Drink immediately!
- I am so grateful for my Vitamix blender! It hold a permanent spot on my counter because we use it multiple times per day! One of my favorite ways (and one of the many) to use my Vitamix blender is to make fresh juice at home without having to hassle with a juicer. The Vitamix does such a fantastic job of blending up the produce with no chunks remaining, allowing for a smoother juice, and keeping clean up to a minimum! My kids love the juice too, so thank you Vitamix for helping my family choose healthier options and making them easy to make!
