Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie Bowl

The perfect PB&J turned into a healthy breakfast treat, this smoothie bowl is sure to please your taste buds, as well as your children's!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup (360 ml) Peanut Milk
  • 2 cups (280 g) frozen red grapes
  • .5 cup (70 g) sliced frozen banana
  • 2 cups (280 g) frozen strawberries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
  3. Serve immediately in bowls with your choice of garnishes - we love a drizzle of peanut butter or honey with freshly sliced grapes.
