Restore Smoothie
These smoothie ingredients give you the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals you need to support overall health and well-being. Light and fresh, this restorative beverage is great motivation for any wellness routine.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups (360 ml) water
- 1 (135 g) granny smith apple, halved
- 2 cups (50 g) baby spinach
- 2 cups (35 g) kale
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 piece (8 g) fresh ginger root, unpeeled, washed
- 5 cilantro stalks
- 1 slice lime, 1¼", with rind
- 2 cups (275 g) frozen pineapple chunks
Directions
- Place ingredients into the Vitamix in the order listed and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds.
Chef's Notes
- If a thinner juice consistency is desired, simply use fresh pineapple instead of frozen.
