Strawberry Honey Frosé

Strawberries and frosé are a perfect pair. This recipe comes together with a touch of honey (if needed, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries) to help bring this frosé to life.

Strawberry honey frose

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (720 ml) rosé
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) honey, optional
  • 1½ cups (210 g) frozen strawberries

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 50 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades as necessary.

Chef's Notes

  • Frozen fruit is just as nutrient dense as fresh. If you can get your hands on fresh ripe strawberries, just pop them in the freezer about an hour before blending. And, be sure to taste before you add honey, you may find you don't even need it!
  • This recipe is blended and ideally served over ice. For a more frozen consistency, increase the amount of frozen strawberries added.
