Superfood Morning Smoothie Bowl
Start your day with this smoothie bowl that is not only delicious but full of nutritious ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) mango nectar
- 2 cups (300 g) frozen mango chunks
- 1 Tablespoon (5 g) fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 Tablespoons (45 g) flaxseed oil
- 1/4 cups (20 g) hemp seeds
- 1 Tablespoon matcha green tea powder
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds.

Directions

- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
