- 13 g (½ cup) laver leaf
- 1 Tablespoon dried shrimp
- 4 Tablespoons katsuobushi, or bonita flakes
- Place laver leaf, shrimp, and katsuobushi into the Vitamix 20-ounce container. Secure the blade base. Select Variable 7. Pulse 5 to 6 times or until desired consistency is achieved.
