Start your day with this nutritious blend of leafy greens and good-for-you fruits.
- 240 ml (1 cup) coconut water
- 60 g (⅓ cup) green grapes
- 1 slice (200g) of pineapple
- 1 banana, peeled, halved
- 1 apple, seeded, cored, quartered
- 1 slice (5g) of ginger
- 1 slice of lime, unpeeled
- 90 g (3 cups) spinach, fresh
- 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 35 to 40 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades until desired consistency is reached.
