Cinnamon Roll Smoothie
This delicious recipe lets you add the warming flavors of a freshly-baked cinnamon roll to your very own smoothie for a perfect breakfast or filling snack.
Ingredients
- 180 ml (¾ cup) cold water
- (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
- 180 ml (¾ cup) vanilla almond yogurt
- (2 Tablespoons) rolled oats
- (1 ) cinnamon stick, 3" (7cm)
- (2 teaspoons) chia seeds
- 60 g (4 ) medjool dates, pitted
- 105 g (¾ cup) frozen banana
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
