Coconut Milk Smoothie
With just four ingredients, you can have coconut milk for soups, smoothies, and baking.
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) coconut milk
- 350 g (8 ) ripe nectarines, pitted, halved
- 20 g (1 slice) lime, 1/4"
- 190 g (1 1/2 cups) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Start the machine on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds or select Smoothie program. Start the machine and allow to complete programmed cycle.
