Easy Pizza Sauce

This pizza sauce is so simple, and most of these items will be in your pantry already! Make a big batch and can the extra for future use.

Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 480 ml (2 cups) water
  • 340 g (12 ounces) tomato paste
  • (2 ) garlic cloves
  • (4 teaspoons) onion powder
  • Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon) dried parsley
  • Tablespoon (1 teaspoon) dried oregano
  • Tablespoon (1 teaspoon) dried basil

Directions

  1. Place water, tomato paste, garlic, and onion powder into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
  3. Transfer mixture to a sauce pot and add additional ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
