Easy Pizza Sauce

With a recipe as simple as this sauce and this dough, there’s really no reason to order out for pizza anymore! Bonus: You probably already have most of the ingredients in your pantry. Make a big batch and can or freeze the extra for future use.

Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 480 ml (2 cups) water
  • Tablespoon (2 small) garlic cloves
  • Tablespoon (4 teaspoons) onion powder
  • Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon) dried parsley
  • Tablespoon (1 teaspoon) dried oregano
  • Tablespoon (1 teaspoon) dried basil

Directions

  1. Place water, tomato paste, garlic, and granulated onion into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
  3. Transfer mixture to a sauce pot and add additional ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
