  • 13 g (½ cup) laver leaf
  • 9 g (1 Tablespoon) dried shrimp
  • 5 g (4 Tablespoons) katsuobushi [or bonita flakes]


  1. Place laver leaf, shrimp, and katsuobushi into the Vitamix container and secure the blade base. 
  2. Select Variable 7. Pulse 5 to 6 times or until desired consistency is achieved.
