Ground Beef Burgers [Food Processor Attachment]

5 simple ingredients to make this burger, yet it is full of flavor!


  • 80 g (½ medium) yellow onion, peeled, cut into large chunks
  • 454 g (1 pound) lean beef, top round, cut into large chunks
  • 454 g (1 pound) beef brisket, cut into large chunks
  • (2 teaspoons) kosher salt, optional
  • (1 teaspoon) ground black pepper


  1. Place all ingredients into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade and secure the lid. 
  2. Pulse 18-20 times or until everything is evenly chopped. Portion into 6 oz. (170g) patties and cook as desired. 

Chef's Notes

  • Add 6 ounces of cubed cheddar to the mix for a chopped cheddar burger, or any other simple variations to make this burger your own unique blend.
