Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie Bowl
The perfect PB&J turned into a healthy breakfast treat, this smoothie bowl is sure to please your taste buds, as well as your children's!
Ingredients
- 360 ml (1.5 cup) Peanut Milk
- 280 g (2 cups) frozen red grapes
- 70 g (.5 cup) sliced frozen banana
- 280 g (2 cups) frozen strawberries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
- Serve immediately in bowls with your choice of garnishes - we love a drizzle of peanut butter or honey with freshly sliced grapes.
