Pico de Gallo [Food Processor Attachment]

A simple pico recipe that will have everyone asking how you made it so quickly!


  • 70 g (1 medium) red onion, peeled, cut into large chunks
  • (1 ) jalapeño, stemmed, cut into 3 pieces
  • 15 g (½ bunch) fresh cilantro leaves, stemmed
  • (2 ) limes, juiced
  • (2 teaspoons) kosher salt, optional
  • 725 g (14 small) roma tomatoes, halved


  1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade.
  2. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  3. Pulse the mixture 4-5 times until evenly chopped or desired consistency is reached.    If desired, you may place the pico in a small strainer over a bowl to remove some of the liquid. Store in an airtight container under refrigeration for use.
