Basic Meringue

Ingredients

  • Tablespoon (4 ) egg whites, at room temperature
  • Tablespoon (½ teaspoon) cream of tartar

Directions

  1. Place ingredients into the Vitamix Aer™ disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable1.Start themachine,and increase to variable speed 5.
  3. Run for 15 to 30 seconds until soft peaks form.
