All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour

A great multipurpose flour for your gluten-free baking needs.

All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour

Ingredients

  • 300 g (2 cups) white rice flour
  • 80 g (⅔ cup) potato starch
  • 40 g (⅓ cup) tapioca starch

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 15 seconds or until ingredients are incorporated.

Chef's Notes

Use in place of regular flour 1:1 in a recipe.

  3. Blend for 15 seconds or until ingredients are incorporated.

  • 75 g (½ cup) white rice
  • 25 g (¼ cup) potato starch
  • 15 g (⅛ cup) tapioca starch

Directions

  1. Place the white rice into the Vitamix container and secure the blade base.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 30 seconds.   Place the white rice flour into a mixing bowl, add the starches and stir to combine.
