Caramel Latté

Bring the café to your home kitchen with this simple latté recipe. Try different syrup flavors to customize your beverage.


  • 2 cups (480 ml) milk
  • 1 espresso
  • 4 caramel digestives
  • 1 Tablespoon caramel sauce


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 5 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
  5. Serve immediately.

Try different syrup flavors or use ginger-nut biscuits with mixed spice instead of digestives for a delicious gingerbread latté during the festive season.
