Crème de cocoa and crème de mint blend with nonfat yogurt to create a creamy, irresistible dessert cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) white crème de cacao [or chocolate liqueur]
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) crème de menthe
  • 2 cups (260 g) dairy free frozen yogurt [or vanilla ice cream]
  • ⅔ cup (160 ml) Soy Milk [or milk]
  • ½ cup (65 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Frozen Cocktail Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 45-55 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
