Fruit 'N Dates Smoothie [Vitamix ONE]

This smoothie is light, perfectly sweet, and full of fruit to make for a delicious beverage that you'll love to sip on.



  • 1½ Tablespoon (360 ml) coconut water
  • 4 dates, or honey to taste
  • 2 slices (225 g) pineapple, peeled
  • 1 piece (5 g) fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice
  • ½ cup (70 g) frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup (75 g) frozen mango chunks


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Select Smoothie program.
  4. Start the blender, and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds.
  5. Start the blender and allow to complete programmed cycle.
