Greek Chopped Salad [Food Processor Attachment]

Using the Vitamix Food Processor attachment to create chopped salads makes making meals super simple and gets the food to the table faster.

Greek Chopped Salad


  • 1 (350 g) English cucumber, quartered
  • 1 (225 g) red bell pepper, seeded, chunked
  • ½ (140 g) red onion, chunked
  • ½ cup (65 g) kalamata olives, pitted
  • ¼ cup (4 g) fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons (2 g) fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons (2 g) fresh oregano
  • 2 lemons, zested, juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil, optional
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, optional
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup (200 g) feta cheese, optional
  • 1 ½ cups (235 g) cherry tomatoes, halved


  1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade.
  2. Place all ingredients except the cherry tomatoes into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  3. Pulse the mixture 15 times until evenly chopped or desired consistency is reached. Toss the mixture with the cherry tomatoes and enjoy.
