Green Tea Smoothie
An invigorating blend of green tea, honey, mango, and ginger to jumpstart your day.

Ingredients
- 3 cups (720 ml) green tea
- 1 piece (15 g) fresh ginger root, ¾" slice, peeled
- 2 (450 g) mango, peeled, seeded
- 2 dates or 2 teaspoons honey, optional
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 40 to 45 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 25 to 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
