Hazelnut Milk

Simple milk alternative blending 2 ingredients. Hazelnuts are normally used over the holiday period time. Try toasting the hazelnuts and then cooling them. This milk makes a great addition to smoothies and coffee drinks

Hazelnut Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (150 g) raw or roasted hazelnuts
  • 3 cups (720 ml) filtered water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds.

  • One to two pitted dates can be added if additional sweetness is preferred.
