Montreal Steak Seasoning

A blend of herbs and spices comes together for the perfect steak seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (230 g) salt
  • 4 Tablespoons (30 g) ground black pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons (30 g) onion powder
  • 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tablespoons (30 g) dried thyme
  • 4 Tablespoons (30 g) dried rosemary
  • 2 Tablespoons fennel seed

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine to on and slowly increase to highest speed.
  4. Blend for 25-30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
