Pistachio Chocolate Butter
Winning combination of shelled pistachios and dark chocolate create a unique nut butter that is good with anything sweet or salty.
- 4 cups (605 g) pistachios, toasted, shelled
- 1 cup (200 g) bittersweet dark chocolate chips
- Place pistachios and chocolate chips into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade and secure the lid.
- Start the machine and allow to process for 2 minutes 30 seconds, or set timer and allow machine to complete programmed cycle. Process additionally if desired.
