Caramel Espresso Frappé
A frozen blend of espresso with caramel and chocolate brings the taste of the coffee shop right to your kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) Soy Milk [or milk]
- ½ cup (120 ml) espresso, chilled
- ½ cup (60 ml) caramel syrup
- 3 Tablespoons (15 g) unsweetened cocoa powder [or chocolate milk powder]
- 3 cups (390 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 25-30 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
