Coconut Milk Smoothie

With just four ingredients, you can have coconut milk for soups, smoothies, and baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk
  • 8 (350 g) ripe nectarines, pitted, halved
  • 1 slice (20 g) lime, 1/4"
  • 1 1/2 cups (190 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Start the machine on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds or select Smoothie program. Start the machine and allow to complete programmed cycle.
