Creamsicle Breakfast Smoothie
Reminiscent of the delicious frozen treat from which the recipe gets its name.
- 1 cup (240 ml) coconut water
- 1 cup (277 g) greek vanilla yogurt, or non-dairy yogurt
- 1 cup (150 g) mango chunks
- ½ (65 g) medium orange, peeled
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
