Curried Squash and Peas Baby Food
Expand your child's palate with this Indian spice flavor. Start with just a pinch, if you prefer, and keep adding a bit more as they acquire the taste!
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup (80 g) butternut squash, peeled, diced, steamed, cooled
- ¼ cup (45 g) peas, steamed, cooled
- ¼ teaspoon curry powder
- 3 fl.oz (90 ml) breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds..
