Everything Smoothie

Good luck getting all these fresh fruits and vegetables into a single meal any other way!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (120 ml) soy milk
  • ½ cup (85 g) red grapes
  • 1 medium (140 g) orange, peeled, halved
  • 1 (115 g) medium peaches, halved, pitted
  • 1 slice (85 g) pineapple, peeled, halved
  • 1 small (75 g) carrot
  • ½ cup (45 g) broccoli florets
  • ½ cup (15 g) fresh spinach
  • 1 cup (150 g) frozen strawberries
  • ½ medium (60 g) frozen banana
  • 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 50 seconds using the tamper to press the ingredients toward the blades.

  • ¼ cup (20 g) broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cups (7 g) fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup (45 g) frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup (75 g) frozen strawberries
  • ¼ medium (25 g) frozen banana, peeled

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

For best results, allow frozen fruit to thaw at room temperature 10 minutes before blending.
