perfect cold treat for our 100+ degree weather!I made these for my husband. It's 100+ degrees up here and he eats a couple of otter pops every evening. So I thought I'd try making something else he could cool down with.
I didn't change the recipe at all. We used plastic 6-popsicle molds that you get from any department store. The recipe made exactly 12 which is a perfect number. I was planning to use the Frozen Dessert setting, but at the last minute I noticed that the recipe recommends the Smoothie setting. That worked just fine, the mixture was pour-able and easily went into the Popsicle molds.
We were keen to try them, and they definitely were not ready to eat after 4 hours of freezing. Alas we left them overnight to freeze solid.

Didn't love themFor the ingredients used, I thought they'd be better. Mine were seedy & stuck in the Tupperware popsicle molds.
