Ground Cornmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (315 g) popcorn kernels, unpopped

Directions

1. Place the kernels in the Vitamix container and secure the lid.Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
2. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades as necessary. If a very fine-consistency cornmeal is desired, simply shake through a fine sieve.
