Guacamole [Food Processor Attachment]
This traditional Mexican avocado dip, now an international favorite, makes a quick and easy appetizer for guests.
Ingredients
- 4 (525 g) avocados, pitted and peeled
- ½ medium (60 g) red onion, peeled, halved
- 3 fresno chili, ends trimmed
- 1 bunch (30 g) fresh cilantro leaves, ends trimmed, washed
- 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt, optional, optional
- 2 limes, juiced
Directions
- Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade.
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Pulse the mixture 6-8 times until evenly chopped or desired consistency is reached.
