Hazelnut Milk
Simple milk alternative blending 2 ingredients. Hazelnuts are normally used over the holiday period time. Try toasting the hazelnuts and then cooling them. This milk makes a great addition to smoothies and coffee drinks
Ingredients
- 1 cup (150 g) raw or roasted hazelnuts
- 3 cups (720 ml) filtered water
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds.
