Margarita on the Rocks
The perfect after-dinner cocktail, complete with liqueur, espresso, and vanilla.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces (40 ml) tequila
- 1 ounce (30 ml) Grand Marnier
- 1 ounce (30 ml) simple syrup
- 1 slice orange, (1/4-inch), cut in half
- 1 slice lemon, (1/4-inch), cut in half
- 1 slice lime, (1/4-inch), cut in half
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes, divided use
Directions
- Place tequila, Grand Marnier, simple syrup, orange, lemon, lime, and 1 1/2 cups (165 g) of the ice into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Muddle Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
- Fill a cup with the remaining 1/2 cup (95 g) ice and top with the blended mixture. Serve immediately.
Chef's Notes
- This is a great alternative version of the delicious but typical, everyday frozen margarita.To batch this cocktail double the ingredients and blend for 20 seconds.
