MindBodyGreen Smoothie
With an extra boost of amino acids and vitamins in this smoothie, you'll be left filled and fueled after sipping it.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) almond milk
- 3 Tablespoons MindBodyGreen grass-fed collagen + powder
- 1 Tablespoon MindBodyGreen organic veggies + powder
- 1 Tablespoon (140 g) medium avocado, peeled, pitted
- 1 Tablespoon (120 g) medium bananas, peeled
- 2 Tablespoons Mixed Nut Butter, or whole nuts
- ½ cup (55 g) frozen blackberries
- ½ cup (55 g) frozen broccoli
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
Chef's Notes
To thin smoothie out add more almond milk, add dates to sweeten to your liking.
