Pomegranate Boost Smoothie
With pomegranate, flax seed, and spinach, this smoothie has all the right ingredients to kick off a healthy new year.
Ingredients
- 1½ cup (360 ml) pomegranate juice
- 2 Tablespoon (280 g) medium orange, peeled, halved
- 1/4 cups (60 ml) Greek yogurt, 0% plain, or non dairy alternative
- 4 cups (120 g) fresh spinach
- 2 Tablespoons (20 g) flaxseed
- 2 Tablespoon (240 g) medium bananas, peeled, halved
- 2 cups (300 g) frozen dark sweet cherries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
