Revitalizing Juice Blend
Beat the winter blues with this vitamin and mineral rich juice blend that will keep you feeling upbeat and energetic during the colder months.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) cold water
- 4 medium (600 g) oranges, peeled
- 2 medium (400 g) grapefruits, peeled
- 1 piece (18 g) fresh ginger root, unpeeled, washed
- 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) honey
- 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
Directions
- Place ingredients into the Vitamix in the order listed and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds.

We like to keep this juice as is with all the benefits of fiber, but it can also be strained for a more liquid consistency.
