Rice Milk

Turn cooked brown rice into a delicious, dairy-free milk.

Rice Milk


  • 4 cups (960 ml) water
  • 1 cup (200 g) brown rice, cooled
  • 3 dates, pitted


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed
  3. Blend for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.

Chef's Notes

Store milk in an air tight container and refrigerate. Shake well before using. Double this recipe in the 64 ounce container and have to use throughout the week.
