Strawberry Lemonade
Just a few simple ingredients are needed to prepare this quick and easy lemonade, sure to quench everyone's thirst on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 (1 ) lemon, ends trimmed and removed, remainder cut into 4 equal slices (about 1/2 inch [13 mm] thick each)
- 2 medium strawberries
- 2 Tablespoons (40 g) date syrup
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes, plus additional as needed for serving
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Muddle Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Chef's Notes
- The center of each lemon slice will be extracted, leaving the rind fully intact. Also, the strawberries will be muddled and the drink will be chilled, all in one easy blending action.
