Winter Spiced Pear and Avocado Baby Food
Start your child's love for holiday flavors with this warm spiced blend.
Ingredients
- 3 (450 g) pears, peeled, chopped
- 1½ (210 g) avocado, peeled, pitted, chopped
- 1½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
- ¾ cup (180 ml) breast milk, or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
