Fondue de chocolate
Una versión casera de uno de los fondues favoritos endulzado de forma natural y con un intenso sabor a chocolate.
- 600 ml (2½ tazas) de leche de nuez de la India
- ⅔ de taza (54 g) de cocoa en polvo 100% libre de azúcar
- 7 dátiles Medjool (140 g) sin hueso
- 6 cucharadas (54 g) de trocitos de cacao o chocolate semiamargo picado
- 1½ cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla
- Vierta todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la Vitamix en el orden indicado y cierre bien la tapa.
- Encienda la licuadora en la velocidad más baja y luego increméntala hasta llegar a la máxima.
- Licúe durante 5-6 minutos o hasta que salga vapor a través del orificio de la tapa. Sirva de inmediato.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Babydoc from Amazing! One of the first recipes I made in my A3500 Vitamix. Delicious! Mistakenly put in freezer and hubby thought it was an ice cream. Scooped some out for the family - BOOM - frozen chocolate mousse!

Rated 5 out of 5 by mary e from Ohio from Very yummy I actually made this from the recipe book that came with my blender and it is slightly different, calls for six oz of bitter sweet chocolate to be added. I wanted to avoid sugar, si I used just bitter and in place of the vanilla I added vanilla, liquid stevia and one or two more dates and it was delicious, but more of a pudding consistency, than sauce. Will have to give this one a try, as it seems it would be much easier.

It was a bit bitter (maybe cashew milk is sweeter), so I added 1/4 tsp pure stevia extract powder, then it was perfect! It tastes like Hershey's chocolate syrup but it's thinner. Next time I make this I will try using less milk and a few more dates so it's thicker.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cee TF from very yummy, but too runny Made the recipe exactly as indicated. I found it a little bitter and too runny, so I added about 1/3 cup of milk chocolate chips - much better! Next time I’d decrease the cashew milk by 1/2-3/4 cup. I’d make this again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by irda from Hot cocoa? This is not fondue. It tastes as hot cocoa and has almost same consistency. It is much easier to just melt chocolate chips in microwave and it would taste as chocolate , not cocoa.
