- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1¾ teaspoons instant fast-rise yeast
- 1¼ teaspoons salt
- 8 – 11 ounces hot water
- 3¾ teaspoons olive oil
Combine dry ingredients in the blender. Add oil and water through the lid plug opening. Select Variable 5 and Pulse to incorporate.
Use a spatula to scrape dough off the sides of the container, and continue Pulsing until a ball of dough forms. Continue pulsing for 10 to 15 seconds to lift the dough off the blades.
With floured hands, remove the dough and form a round ball. Place dough in a greased bowl, and turn to grease on all sides. Let the dough rise for 10 minutes.
Stretch the dough into two 12-inch (30-cm) crusts.
