Avocado Ranch Dressing
Avocado gives this simple dressing an extra creamy texture and adds great flavor.
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) soy milk [or low fat buttermilk]
- 60 ml (¼ cup) water
- 75 g (½ ) avocado, pitted, peeled
- 20 g (⅛ small) red onion, peeled
- (2 ) garlic cloves, peeled
- (½ teaspoon) salt, optional
- (⅛ teaspoon) ground black pepper
- (1 Tablespoon) fresh dill
- (1 Tablespoon) fresh parsley leaves
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
