Green Pea Guacamole
A perfect guacamole for when there's no avocado in the house. The peas add a unique sweetness and bright green color
Ingredients
- 60 ml (¼ cup) water
- (1 ) lemon, peeled
- (½ teaspoon) hot sauce, optional
- 40 g (1/2 ) small yellow onion, peeled
- (2 ) garlic clove, peeled
- (½ teaspoon) ground white pepper
- 640 g (4 cups) peas, cooked
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades. Transfer, to a bowl and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to eat.
