Mint Julep
This classic Southern cocktail is perfect for parties (and horse races!)
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) bourbon
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) Simple Syrup
- (20 ) fresh mint leaves
- 520 g (4 cups) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Aer™ Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 15 seconds.
- Pour evenly into 4 glasses and top with more ice if desired, garnishing with additional mint sprigs.
Chef's Notes
This drink is strong; if you prefer a lighter version, use more simple syrup or add 1/4 cup additional cold water.
